We've been around since 2015.
We are a boutique outsourcing firm that started as a delivery partner executing specialized projects for Google via Lionbridge and Appen. We handled data annotation, content moderation, transcription, translation, and localization workloads through our own workforce, tools, and audits—all of which were used to deliver large training datasets for LLMs, CAPTCHA, search relevance, Google Translate, predictive text, text-to-speech, voice recognition, and voice command. These projects were part of the building blocks of artificial intelligence we all use.
By 2021, we expanded our services to offer on-demand talent in AI development, creatives, marketing, and sales. Today, we leverage that decade of experience with in-house talent management and quality audits to operate as a Managed Talent Partner—owning the entire outsourcing lifecycle for our clients.
