How much does your headhunting service cost?

We charge a 30% fee based on the candidate’s assumed annual salary, covering deep‑level sourcing, full vetting, and all on‑ground verification costs.

This fee is only paid once we successfully place your hire.

Why do you require a $500 non-refundable deposit?

The deposit secures your search slot and funds the upfront vetting process, which includes legal checks, employment verification, ID validation, school verification, and background screenings. It is fully deducted from your final placement fee once the candidate is hired.

What makes your vetting process different?

We are the only agency in the Philippines performing true ground-level verification, including police and NBI clearances, court record checks, address validation, school verification, and employment authentication.
