TRACTIONCORE Aligns Leadership.
We were built in environments where performance mattered more than headlines—where work was measured by whether systems held, outputs scaled, and accountability remained intact under pressure. Long before artificial intelligence, distributed workforces, and global outsourcing became industry narratives, our teams were already operating inside complex, high‑stakes delivery environments where precision, resilience, and ownership were non‑negotiable.
That discipline shaped everything.

TRACTIONCORE’s foundation traces back to 2015, when two companies—Elements Digital and TractionForce—were launched in parallel to solve opposite sides of the same execution problem.
We began in the engine room of AI development. Both companies operated as a shadow delivery layer, supporting specialized, low‑visibility work for large technology programs through partners such as Lionbridge and Appen. Using our own workforce, tooling, and quality audit systems, teams handled workloads that fed the creation of large‑scale training datasets. These datasets powered early generations of LLMs, CAPTCHA, search relevance systems, translation engines, predictive text, text‑to‑speech, voice recognition, and voice command—core building blocks of the AI technologies now in everyday use.
In 2021, Elements Digital was absorbed into TractionForce, unifying AI delivery execution and talent operations under a single operating spine. This marked a shift from parallel capability to integrated execution—and expanded the business beyond AI project delivery alone. The market was no longer asking only for data; it was asking for people, systems, and clear ownership of outcomes.
TractionForce responded by expanding into on‑demand talent across AI development, creative services, marketing, and sales. Leveraging deep experience in workforce management and quality control, the company evolved beyond a staffing vendor—operating instead as an execution partner for a rapidly decentralizing, remote‑first B2B market.
In 2025, TRACTIONCORE was launched, absorbing TractionForce systems and consolidating a decade of execution into a single identity. This marked the full integration of delivery, talent, systems, and revenue execution—positioning TRACTIONCORE as a first and only Filipino-owned Talent & Revenue Execution Partner built to own the entire outsourcing lifecycle for clients.
2024 was the most difficult year the Philippine outsourcing industry had faced. Pandemic‑driven hypergrowth exposed deep structural cracks—talent scarcity, client-talent mismatch, uneven quality, diluted accountability, and unclear ownership of outcomes. Competition shifted toward cost compression rather than capability, triggering an industry‑wide race to the bottom.
At the same time, the offshore outsourcing industry, particularly in remote-first companies, was reshaping itself. Consolidation accelerated. We also witnessed different levels of business exit, and some major acquisition. In general, firms downsized or restructured Philippine operations while expanding into Latin America, South Africa, and EMEA. For us, this demanded fast leadership decisions, rapid system evolution, and structural change—setting the foundation for consolidation and the formation of TRACTIONCORE in 2025.
By early 2025, TractionForce began migrating clients onto the TRACTIONCORE system. As operations expanded across regions, we adopted a territorial managing‑partner model aligned with how work was actually being executed. Leadership moved closer to the front line—where teams were managing real constraints, shifting client expectations, volatile markets, and the normalization of distributed, always‑on work.
This produced differentiated strengths. Some regions drove commercial execution, sales velocity, and market expansion. Others built depth in people operations, culture, and the internal systems required to sustain high‑volume remote teams. This was execution‑led learning at a time when the nature of work itself was being rewritten.
The managing partner structure allowed us to test and evolve our operating model amid converging forces—AI adoption, post‑pandemic work dynamics, and rising expectations for continuous, scalable execution rather than isolated projects. Running in parallel clarified what scaled, what broke, and what leadership and governance model the business truly required.
That phase did its job. What emerged was no longer experimental—it was proven, repeatable, and ready for company‑wide rollout, requiring tighter alignment and centralized execution to scale coherently.
As TRACTIONCORE integrates its core systems and enters its next phase of scale, leadership is now aligned under a centralized governance model—designed to unify strategy, decision‑making, and execution across all regions.

To support this centralized governance model, TRACTIONCORE has reinforced its core control, compliance, and growth functions. We have institutionalized specialized support, entrusting these critical pillars to seasoned leaders to ensure seamless scaling:
Together, this team-backed framework keeps TRACTIONCORE lean, aligned, and execution‑driven—while remaining human at its core.
Throughout this transition, one priority remains unchanged: continuity.
All services remain fully operational. Specialist teams continue to execute against commitments. Clients remain supported by dedicated account managers and are being onboarded to our new Client Portal, designed to improve visibility, coordination, and delivery.
TRACTIONCORE’s growth has always been anchored in trust—earned by taking ownership, staying present when work becomes difficult, and treating client problems as internal responsibilities. That commitment does not shift with structure. It strengthens.
To our specialist teams: this organization exists because of your work. This transition is designed to give you clearer systems, stronger alignment, and leadership that understands what execution actually takes.
TRACTIONCORE operates on three principles:
With leadership aligned and systems integrating, TRACTIONCORE is extending what it already knows how to do. While much of the outsourcing industry has moved upmarket—serving enterprises with high minimums and long commitments—we continue to build the foundation. Outsourcing should not be a privilege unlocked by size. It should be a repeatable operating model.
This belief takes structured form through our newest initiative. The Start‑Up Solutions Program, designed to support founder‑led and early‑stage teams that need execution support before scale, not after. We believe the most disruptive companies are not born in boardrooms. They are built by people solving real‑world problems with limited resources and no margin for wasted motion. Those builders deserve partners who take their work as seriously as they do.
The future of global outsourcing belongs to organizations that are lean, high‑output, and human.
TRACTIONCORE is built for that future. What’s changing is not who we are. What’s changing is how tightly we are aligned to move forward—together. We are your reliable Talent & Revenue Execution Partner—driving success, fueling business traction, and standing with you as the work gets real.
