For decades, remote-first outsourcing companies heavily relied on active marketing strategies in the digital space as one of the major channels to reach clients globally. That is, indeed, proven to be very effective.

Outsourcing agencies, mostly implementors and cohorts of the double-outsourcing paradox, have been enjoying running their businesses in this manner. They hide the “worst outsourcing operating model” sorry for the language. It must be called out what it truly is, behind their shiny websites, and marketing lies that promise talent excellence.
At some point, the double-outsourcing model is not inherently bad. It is built using the fundamentals of the outsourcing industry. TRACTIONCORE sees it, as the final iterations, and natural industry process that took place right between the AI development and its global implementation.
The AI landscape has ended the years of “dominance” of double-outsourcing. As to this writing, we can now see how struggling the implementors of double-outsourcing has become, most have shut down their businesses, some have pivoted to new operating models, some are still clinging, and trying to mask their broken double-outsourcing models through revamping their overall marketing and digital presence.
But to be really blunt, someone has to say this – these marketing lies have to stop.
The continues marketing lies being done by implementors of double-outsourcing, in hopes or belief they can still survive and hit profitability, aiming for good outcomes, is actually contributing to the worst-ever trust collapse that have happened in the outsourcing industry, particularly in the sub-space of remote-first companies.
Instead of revitalizing the industry, implementors of double-outsourcing, intentional or not, are simply making things worse.
Businesses all over the globe, especially with the worldwide adaptation of Artificial Intelligence, in all sorts of productivity tools and business use cases, know better. They can see through lies.
What needs to be done, in a collective manner, by all outsourcing firms, especially remote-first companies, is to collectively revive the industry. Not through marketing lies, but by elevating the excellence of human capital. The only way forward to doing that is to re-invest in human capital development. Again, not through continues marketing lies.

AI can never replace humans. Companies in outsourcing space have to protect it that way. Profitability and success in this space lies not just in marketing. But in providing true value, through the people.
